5 Most Important Diet Points for Fat Loss

1] Accept the Facts
This is the #1 most important point….losing fat takes work - end of story. There is no ‘secret’ method, diet and exercise is the only way. The sooner you accept this, and stop looking for the ‘magic pill’ or following stupid
crash diets, and simply buckle down and be consistent with your diet and training, the sooner you will lose fat.

2] Water

5] Don't eat carbs at night
Your last meal of the day should consist of lean meats and salad and/orvegetables. You should not include any carbohydrates such as rice, pasta,potatoes, breads, thick cream sauces etc.
