Are people really interested in buying what you have anymore?

Is it just me or are people really interested in buying what you have anymore. They either want it for free or they want it for china prices. While domaining is very fun and its a hot deal right now. I seriously think that half the people who inquire really arent that serious.

How to determine whether someone is serious about buying..

Its really a gut feeling you'll have..

They'll ask you certain questions, now some people are tricky and they know that you are looking for the mechanisms to tell whether they are serious or not. I have found that its my gut reaction that will tell me whether someone is serious.

Don't chase every lead you get, because at the end of the day, you'll feel resentful and not want to do anymore work.

Learn to work smarter, not harder. I understand that you are a people pleaser but
