Prep time - 35 mins

12 lamb loin chops, cut 1 inch thick and trimmed (about 1.5Kg)
6 slices pineapple, about 1cm thick
2 tablespoons currant jam
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
