Be In The Know About Your Food

One of my favorite ways of finding out if the food I'm considering to purchase is good for me or not is to read the label. There's a pretty good chance that the food is not healthy for you if you cannot pronounce the words.

Just think about it for a minute - the human race has moved forward eating the food that Mother Nature created. The present civilization has food that has been preserved, sweetened and genetically altered. In direct proportion to the introduction of chemicals and synthetics in our food, new diseases have sprung up and obesity is a serious problem.

If you know your food, the ingredients and the items that aren't put on the labels, you can create a better diet for yourself and your loved ones.
