Best warm cheese dish ever!

Here is an easy yet delicious cheese recipe to make when you have friends over for drinks and you want to serve something special. All you need is a camembert cheese, which is soft cow milk cheese coming from the Normandy area of France. You have two varieties of camembert. The most authentic one is made of unpasteurized milk, but there is also camembert made of pasteurized milk.

- Preheat the oven 180°-200°Celcius.

- Remove the plastic cover of the cheese and place the whole camembert in a round oven dish, slightly bigger than the cheese.

- Mix some coriander grains with pink peppercorns, black and white pepper, or any other spice that you like in a wooden grinder and make them powdery.

- With the use of a knife make a cross on the surface of the camembert. In this cross opening and everywhere on the crust of the cheese, put the spices that you have chosen.

- Pop it in the oven and go have a drink with your friends.

The oven baked camembert is ready when the crust has taken a nice color and when the inside is liquid. You need to leave it in the oven 15-20min . Don't be tempted to take it out before it's ready, you are missing something!

In France we drink a lot of red wine and we love cheese and crusty bread, for cosy nights with close friends. You can serve it with all sorts of bread, crackers, steamed veggies, the possibilities are endless... bon appetit!
