Brewing a Great Cup of Coffee: Art or Science?

It's truly both an art and a science. Finding the right coffee beans, storing them properly, grinding them correctly, and using just the right brewing device is all part of the task.

Then we must deal with the messy cleanup, not to mention the waste when we brew eight to 10 cups and only drink two. In fact, nationwide statistics show that 30% of brewed coffee is thrown away. This, of course, results in an unreasonably high cost per cup for many coffee drinkers.

What's more, anyone who enjoys coffee can tell you that a fresh pot of coffee brewed at 6:30 a.m. just is not the same at 9:00 a.m. Within a short amount of time after brewing, coffee can develop a strong and acidic flavor. Often, the solution is to simply start over with a fresh pot and the challenge of getting it just right again.

As coffee drinkers, we must also leave our favorite brew behind when we leave our homes for the day or travel. We find ourselves at the mercy of inferior substitutes at our offices, restaurants, and hotels to satisfy our desire for a good cup of java. Trouble is, a lot of folks do not tolerate the acidity in most coffees and, after many fruitless years searching for a solution, have given up their most satisfying drink.

The same old stuff
For years, the mindset of the food service industry has been that to have a great cup of coffee, you must use whole coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and a coffee maker. Traditional companies have taken this mentality and ran with it, spending years developing a variety of different coffees. Their efforts, however, have not provided a solution for the optimal "form" that coffee should be delivered to the consumer.

The result: There has been no new product made available to satisfy the coffee drinker's desires and tastes.

That is until NOW!!

Here's the exciting new stuff
The demand for a more convenient brew method with zero mess and great taste has been met by an inventive company in Lincoln, Nebraska. The result is the PurJava coffee concentrate.

PurJava's coldwater processing keeps a naturally occurring chemical called quinine from escaping the coffee bean, resulting in a great-tasting coffee with no bitterness, no acidity, no aftertaste. A final pasteurization step locks in the robust flavor and ensures a long shelf life.

The art and science problem is now solved!
PurJava is a tasty, clean, and convenient alternative to the bitter, acidic coffees you've been drinking. And with less caffeine than other coffees, PurJava will not keep you awake at night or give you the midday jitters.

PurJava also saves you money because there is zero waste. Brew one cup or a few cups and get the same great flavor. And unlike most coffees, it will not get stronger after you make it. No expensive coffee maker or grinder and best of all, no messy coffee grinds to clean up! PurJava is the consistently perfect cup of coffee every time.

Available in an 8-ounce bottle, PurJava concentrate is convenient enough to take with you to the office or when traveling. All you need is hot water, and your favorite drink is ready in a minute.

"The people in my department at my J.O.B. (Information Management, all coffee junkies) have been mad for years that the cafeteria closes early afternoon; and no coffee makers can be allowed (fire laws). But the microwaves and water are still available! I've ordered some already to "give the gift of coffee" at work. I think my department will be a huge market on it's own!"
- Daniel

"I have NEVER tasted coffee that was so SMOOTH! As a matter of fact, I really have never truly liked coffee until now. Thank you!"
- Shelia, FL
