Easy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients: 2 - 3 cups baby spinach (or other mixed salad greens)
1 cup sliced broccoli florets
1 cup sliced cauliflower florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
White pepper to taste
Salad Dressing of your choice

Optional
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1/2 cup bacon bits
Step-By-Step Instructions: In a large bowl, tear greens into small pieces. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and pecans.
Toss all ingredients together. Add pepper to taste. Chill and serve with your choice of dressing and garnished with optional bacon bits and red onion.
