Easy Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe
Looking for an easy recipe to make for the family, or bring to a summer barbeque gathering? No need to go any further! This is the simplest, tastiest way to prepare chicken and can be enjoyed in so many ways. Only 2 ingredients are required for the marinade: a bottle of Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing, and a cup of soy sauce. Mix together and set aside. You be using 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts for this dish. Wash, pat dry and trim any excess fat off the chicken. Slice into 2 inch strips and place into marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees. Place chicken strips on grill and discard marinade. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. We enjoy the chicken straight from the grill, served with salad, corn on the cob and french bread. It is also wonderful served on top of green salad, or roughly chopped and added to cooked pasta. This recipe is delicious hot or cold. Its easy to double or triple for large crowds, too! Picnic, anyone? Enjoy the grilling season ahead. Get out in the backyard now! |
