ESSENTIAL OILS FOR EMOTIONAL WELL BEING Here is a list of essential oils you can use to feel better emotionally. Always add your essential oil in a base (carrier) oil. Add a few drops of the appropriate essential oil to 2 -3 teaspoons of carrier oil and dab on your forehead or your neck. For a bath, mix 10 drops of essential oil of your choice with 4 tablespoons of carrier oil and add to your bath water.
