As a brand new member in the summer of 2006, I sat through many of these trainings just to "act like" I was focused on building my business. While these trainings did help to figure out the basics of how to use the system, there were a few things I could have done with the training to make my marketing plan a lot more focused on success.

Veretekk Training Tip #1 - Sit through 5 basic trainings before you get started trying to configure your own lead generation system. It's totally natural to wan to play around with many of the thousands of different buttons and modules available to generate leads, do organic SEO, follow up with prospects and leads. But the key to realy getting the most out of your system is having a synergized plan of attack before you start fooling around.
Veretekk Training Tip #2 - Focus on One competitive keyword and 5 - 10 related but less competitive keyphrases. If you know much about the way Google indexes their search results you know that it's all based on relevance to topic and backlinking. Following "silo structure" as you build the content surrounding your lead generation system, and the RSS feeds you pipeline into your 42 different traffic/lead generation portals is absolutely critical to getting the highest rankings you can out of your system. Focusing on less competitive keywords allows you to generate traffic and leads right away, while give you the ability to optimize your content to compete for the more competitive keyword.
Veretekk Training Tip #3 - You must have a dedicated blog or website. If you're really serious about building a real business online you're aware of the fact businesses cost money on the front end, so they can generate income for you on the back end. This is no more apparant than in your website or blog. If you really wna to position yourself as a solutions provider and generate a ton of business through your Veretekk system you must put yourself in the best position to succeed. That means going out and building a blog or website (I prefer the website first) that works synergistically with your Veretekk system. This is more advance training, but good to keep in mind when you're first getting started with the system.
Veretekk Training Tip #4 - Keep in mind that you are a solutions povider not a used car salesman. People don't wan to be pitched on your deal, they want to learn how they can become successful using a simple system. So your job is to help them make an easy decision by giving away good quality information and allow your prospects to make up their own mind. That's it. You don't need to hype all the great benefits of your herbal pills, your money making deals or whatever it is you're promoting.
If you keep you prospects needs in mind at all time, formulate a good quality strategy to provide value to your prospects and then use the Veretekk system to just a fraction of it's potential, real success lies in store for you.
