Once you do this, it will be easier for you to make a concise list of keywords, group them, depending on who your target readers are and follow up their popularity on the web. Before going ahead with the placement of your advertisement, you should clearly state what your company does and offers and then identify your target market. You should know the product of service you are promoting in your ad and what action you expect from your target customers. If you want them to buy a product, then you should design your ad in such a way, that you would want them to subscribe to your ad. Then of course, you should gauge your expectation. If you expect too high and you don’t get what you want, then you should change the tactics.

Cost is an important factor, you should consider before advertising with Adwords. The cost to place banners on Adwords is not much. What you pay is a minimal fee to have an account with Adwords and then you will be charged, when people click on your links. Even if you have an ad with Google Adwords and no one clicks on it, you don’t have to pay anything. However, you should have good keywords to attract people to your site to avoid blank clicks.
