Internet Marketing.
It's as hard...or easy...as you make up your mind for it to be.
Now look, I know that sounds terribly pollyanna and daydreamy. I'm not either of those. And "making money" or "building a business" both have opportunities rising exponentially.
It has never been easier in the history of the world to make an extra $500 or $1000 bucks a month. Seriously.
It's never been easier to launch and build a business. (Facebook owned by a 23 year old, Youtube sold 18 months after start up for billions...etc)
So if it's so darn easy...why isn't everyone doing it?
...because you think it is hard....and then, if you go and do it...what you do? YOU MAKE IT HARD.
Here's a little formula that will help you...it may not be the best...it may not be the fastest...but it is darn easy and you can start making money and then launch into a real business...
1. Find a hungry crowd that buy stuff
2. Figure out exactly what this crowd wants to eat.
3. Put up a opt in page for email autoresponders.
4. Offer something useful that crowd would love to gobble up. (let them have it free)- (redirect to a relevant offer)
5. Drive crowd to that page.
6. Improve their lives with additional info over your autoresponder that solves their problems
7. And sell them things.
8. And sell them some more things
Now...let me tell ya.
There are a few types of people when they look at those steps...
1. The "I know that already" people that never get going or do anything else then buying e-books. (information collectors)
2. Those that get hung up on step 3...waiting for the sun, moon and mercury to all be in alignment.
3. Those that actually start, but get derailed at the first sign of trouble.
4. Those that want to have every step mapped out in their head before they actually start (they never do anything like n° 1)
5. Those that want some kind of "guarantee from the heavens" before they embark on the journey.
and then...there is the crazy gonna do-it folks that...
Start at step 1...and just start doing it...then they go to step 2...and step 3...they don't worry about being perfect...just "good enough"...then they plow thru step 4....and work on step 5...and wobble thru step 6 and do more of step 7 in their spare time.
Then they assess...adjust...and tweak...and you know what else?...they BECOME a different person...with a new skill set...it may be raw yet...but it is a new skill that PAYS...AND PAYS...AND PAYS.
And then... It seems...and is really easy.
Look at those steps again.
There is no step that says...
- raise $5 million in start up capital.
- negotiate a lease
- negotiate a mortgage your house
- ask your family and friends for start up money
or fork out $150,000 for franchise fees etc...etc...etc...
Those 7 steps can be done by anyone that can read or write...and I suspect that hurdle could even be overcome.
