Is There A Recipe For Chaos?

I am slowly coming to terms with my moment of devastation.
I do believe there should be a recipe or a how to guide on
where do I go from here!
There are infinite stories of loss and tragedy. For me it was a mix of shock, with a dash of terror and a topping of
insanity.
Your mind is trying to comprehend the information that you have been given. you have to remind yourself to breathe, to
move. The tsunami of emotion is suffocating and you are
in an all consuming vortex of indecision.
Then the little ones tug on your arm and ask when are we
going to eat and where are we going to sleep.
Then steps in Reality with a mighty slap in the face. I have
to provide for their basic needs!
Then with a heavy sigh your mind starts racing with who can
I get to help us. There are those of you out there that
have lost everyone you've known and everything you had is now destroyed () the various forms of devastation you can place in the quotes.
It had me thinking who do i want to raise my children should
the moment of my departure come unexpectedly.
It had me thinking of the parents that have lost a child or
leaving on a business trip only to get a call telling you
that your entire family is no longer... The young wives who
dread seeing the men in their finest military attire with
the chaplin...
That is one of many things I have learned on this journey.
You must have a Living Trust set up. A Will is a joke and a
yummy meal ticket for blood thirsty probate attorneys.
At first friends and if you have family will lend a hand.
After years of any lingering or disabling illness you soon
find out who your near and dear friends are and that goes
for family also...
I have been dealing with this for four years now and slowly,
slowly, I am now realizing that the western medical community does not have our homeostasis as their number one
priority. Let's not go there for i can rave for many days
on that one topic alone.
I have learned to appreciate each and every moment that i have good and bad. I am living the old saying: If it doesn't
kill you it will only make you stronger! I must be the most
patient and strongest single mom of 5 that I know. I am handling This recipe of Chaos with determination and stamina. Top that with a topping of hugs,tears,dirty faces,
