ARE THERE ANY GUARANTEES IN LIFE???
I can guarantee you one thing in life, you will be faced with a situation that requires you to hire an attorney or represent your self under the statute in law, if you had the opportunity to be in a winning situation in any legal proceeding regarding any of these circumstances, would you take advantage of some one helping you help your self or would you remain dependant upon some one who would not help you to understand the merits of law.
Out of pure ignorance and laziness most of you will lean towards the attorney which is ok by me however, you are not better off when you assume the roll of dummy, you actually prolong the advancement of yourself and those you are responsible for, as the same traits will be transferred to the ones you claim to love.
Did you know an attorney whom you have just hired owes his allegiance to the courts first which puts you in a negative situation regarding your case from the start? They can’t tell you that or you might not hire them.
Since a Judge can not act in more than one capacity, why are you allowing him to ask you questions regarding your traffic, parking, child support and any legal issue? Remember he can only determine discrepancies between two parties as per his oath of office which is constitutional not statutory. Only the state attorney should be asking the questions, but they know you don’t know this that is why they proceed in the manner in which they do against the citizens.
I have come to the conclusion that this is the best country in the world to live in however, it will not remain that way if people as your self reading these words do not get off your lazy ass and turn off the boob tube in order to keep this a better country to live in.
I believe in the system of Government that is in place, but I don’t believe in the individuality of man to run this country, as it should be based on the Constitution and the
Idea that the founding fathers established, so that all men and women may be equal.
