Lose Your Love Handles
Get your facts straight, losing love handles could prove to be a tricky job, follow these few tips and you job should be easier since most people forget the small things, but nonetheless small things could prove just as important as anything. So if you are asking how to lose your love handles, best answer is with a good diet and a lot of exercise. Now let me explain that a little bit better. Starting with diet, there are a lot of diets out there right now, but only few that really work, try to find a good site that has a good diet, or a book that describes what to do well. Once you have done that you should start and follow your diet, any mistakes shouldn’t be allowed, of course you can reward yourself every now and than, but try to be as strict to yourself as possible. As far as diet is concerned you should be fine as long as you follow it. The workout on the other hand could prove harder, you should focus on aerobic exercises, by definition they are “they are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time.” Aerobic exercise involves a warming up period at 50-60% of maximum heart rate, followed by at least 20 minutes of exercise at an intensity of 70-80% of maximum heart rate and a cooling down period at an intensity of 50-60% of maximum heart rate.” So you should first warm up and than workout at half of your maximum heart rate. Another thing you should do is cardio exercises such as running and cycling since those are proved to be helping with removing fat. You should focus on exercises that involve your abs and waist such as sit ups. By following these tips and with a lot of hard work results should come shortly after.
