There are many ways you can use the internet to make money. Lets make the assumption that you don't want to spend too much money in doing so. Ok, I will tell you how I make money by using only my computer from the comfort of my home. Its not a scam - I can tell you that I have had a fair share of the scams to last me a lifetime.

Why don't we try to sell a product that we actually don't have to keep stock of - great yes !. The way I make money is basically to promote products from a market place. This is known as affiliate marketing and you will get paid a commission for every sale you make. Some also offer recurring commissions.

You start of by first registering and then selecting a product that is of interest to you. Its best to find a product that is not very popular - go to the vendors website and study everything about the product. This is your first step to how to make some money. Now that you have found a product and have found out everything about it we will go to the second stage.

The next phase is to carry out extensive keyword research.. Basically, you use google free keyword tool to find keywords related to your niche. The aim is to find keywords that have high searches and low competition.

I would recommend you find about 50 keywords for the product that you are promoting. Now, you wanted to know how to make some money, we are nearly there, now we can move to the next stage.

We have found a product and also have keywords, now we need to start writing articles. Firstly, we have to do a landing page and for that, if you don't want to spend any money on your own website, you go to squidoo.com and create a lens making sure that you use your chosen keyword throughout the page.

Having created your landing page, your create articles using your keywords, so one article for one keyword. You then submit them to various directories like hubages, ezinearticles and go articles. You would make sure that you have a link from your articles to your landing page.
