Milliion Cartridge Challange

Hi everyone! Just a quick note tonight. I just learned that Staples or Bureau en Gros is running a Earth Day Challange. They want to collect 0ne million ink and toner cartridges by earth Day 2009. This drive begins Sept.24. You can drop off your cartridges at your local stores. I think this is a really great idea and think we should all try to help out. I mean what do you do with your old cartridges anyway? Did you know that when/if you throw then in the trash that the landfill sites are being swamped with them. How long do you think it takes for them to break down????? 40 to 100 years! That's a very long time and if we don't recycle them we are really gone to pay for it in the end. So if you would like to learn more I will post a few sites on my web site for you to check out.
