Never too late to give up smoking...

Researchers have claimed that women who give up smoking can enjoy future health benefits within five years.

But however it could take decades to correct respiratory damage and to lower their risk of cancer.

Those women who had kicked the habit had a 13% reduction in the risk of death from all causes including heart and vascular problems within the first five years, a research study found.

A report published in the American Medical Association allegedly claimed women who start smoking later in their lives have a much lower risk of of many lung and heart diseases.
