Note To Babylyons

I have seen two messages from Babylyons and I can feel a cry for help going out here. This comment could be for any new mother.

You sound depressed and I hope you can go to your doctor and tell him what you are trying to tell us here. Some new mothers suffer from post natal depression and need medical help.

Having a new baby is a complete change in a person's life and sometimes it is hard to adapt. Sometimes there is a problem if the baby is crying a lot.

If you can afford it you need to get out and have a little time to yourself or go to some place where other mothers would get together with their babies and chat and visit with them.

The baby also belongs to the father and there is no reason why he can't spend some quality time and give you a break. Yes, he is tired after working all day, but so are you tired after watching a baby all day. You need some time of your own.

If possible sit down and talk to your husband and let him know what you are feeling. I hope this is some help to you as I feel you need to talk to someone.
