If you are a Brewer like me your always look for a new batch.

Over the years I've enjoyed making different brews. So I would never make again, some I make with friends and a few every once in a while I will share with the general public. Maybe, it will spark the brewer not the drinker in you.

Brewers brew for different reasons, for me it's to try something new or difficult to produce on a scale of 1 to 10.

6 lbs Amber Malt Extract

1 lb Light Dry Malt

1/2 lb Carapils

1.5 lb Crystal 60

1/2 lb Chocolate Malt

1 oz Cascade Hop (60 min)

1 os Perle Hop (30 min)

.5 oz Mt Hood Hop (30 min)

.5 oz Mt. Hood Hop (10 min) not a mistake

1 tsp Irish Moss (15 min)

Ale Yeast (1056)
