One Hit Wonders This is a partial list of One Hit Wonders that I compiled and have on my site www.rockmaven.com It's a pain to reformat the info so that it shows well here because I have it all in table format, so I am only including part of it. You can view the full list here: http://rockmaven.com/one_hit_wonders.htm You have the option to view the list by Song Title, by Year or by Artist Name. These are based on US Billboard charts. According to Billboard, any artist who only has one song that breaks the Top 40 is a One Hit Wonder. It has absolutely nothing to do with how popular an artist is/was or how many albums they sold.
