There are so many companies that are doing so many different types of things now. Advertisement has reached a new level of awareness an has spread like a plague. Many people have shown disgust with pop-up,pop-under and exit windows so the advertising industry had to find a new creative way to get more viewers. Their solution; ads shown through applications.

There are a few big companies that have started paying publishers and affiliates whenever a user runs and installs a certain application. This has opened up many doors for both advertisers and publishers. It gives the advertisers a new medium to reach the public and gives publishers a new medium to make money off of it ;)

One of the best ways to use these programs is by setting it up so that a visitor would have to download and install the specific application to gain access to a certain area or page of your website. It will be restricted to users who download and run the program and then becomes available to them. The companies that offer these programs make it very easy to implement this behavior within your coding!

As you can see… there is a lot of possibility with Pay-Per-Installs but you might want to get into it before everyone catches on because the internet will be saturated with them and before you know it… they will dis-continue it because it will surely bother many of the web’s daily surfers.
