If you are looking for a small business that can make money quick, why not start a small business around the word "quick"? When people want something quick, it's normally because they are desperate, and desperate buyers are the ones that can explode your bank account with little resistence.
Just before writing this intel article, I used my trusty "Niche Profits Keyword Wizard" to find out what people are desperate to buy that provides a quick fix or remedy.
Just today alone at the time of this writing, there are nearly 2,000 people that are desperately looking to buy "quick weight-loss methods and tips". There are also hundreds of people desperately looking to buy "in shape quick", and "quick lawn" information.
I got to thinking back to my Army days and how much money I could have made just from over-weight Army people alone who were desperate to lose weight quick because their military careers rested on it. Unfortunately for both of us at the time... they were booted out because of overweight.
Today, I think about people like brides-to-be, grooms-to be, wedding participants, and airline stewardess that need to fit into special clothing or uniforms, and hundreds of thousands other people whose special day would be ruined, or facing job loss if they don't lose weight quickly.
Think about it. These people are all desperate and looking for quick fix information. Other people that quickly come to mind that are desperate for quick resolutions are people that have suffered loses, or damages due to natural and un-natural disasters... like those of us that were hit by hurricane Ike.
Over two million people alone just in Southeast Texas without electricity, shelter, food, or water... people who would be desperate to learn survival methods and techniques such as purifying water for drinking, or cooking without gas, electricity, or charcoal.
At the first mention on the news or weather about an impending natural disaster, you can be sure that people that have, and have not been affected by one will be snapping survival type information up as quickly as it can be downloaded from the internet... without considering cost.
So the next time you are racking your brain trying to think of a small business for quick profits... think "quick"!
