Search Engine Optimization - What's that?

Search Engine Optimization is the ability to formulate your web page and the internet around your webpage so that the search engines are attracted to your page for your selected keywords.

Your “Organic Search Results” are where you are on the page of popular search engines without having to pay for sponsored advertising. The search engines are constantly sending out spiders through out the web to gather all of the webpage’s and download them into the search engines database.

High organic search results from SEO are not something that is easy to come by and do not show immediate response. And once you have it established, it needs constant care to keep yourself in the top spots. Why is that? Because the search engines have a constantly changing formula for what ranks web pages. If you don’t keep on top of it chances are your page won’t be in the good spots anymore. I know your asking yourself why is all that work worth it. Well two things. One, why wouldn’t you want free targeted traffic? And two, if you’re not in the top 3 pages of the organic search results than you might as well not even be listed at all.

You don’t want to resort to attempting to spam your way to the top of the list so I am not even going to explain how to do this. The reason being is that your spamming tactics will not keep your page at the top. Also, once you get caught spamming by the search engine your website can be banned from their listing and you will never show up for any keyword ever again. Why would you even want to chance that?
