Recipe for Garlic Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Basil
- Sun dried tomatoes (optional)

Roasting the Garlic

1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2: Peal outer layers of skin off a whole head of garlic.

3: Roll garlic in olive oil.

4: Wrap garlic in aluminum foil.

5: Heat in oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mixing the Cream Cheese

With a fork or in a food processor mix 1 package (1 cup) cream cheese, 4 cloves roasted garlic (or more if you like it really garlicky), herbs, and finely chopped sun dried tomatoes if desired. Apply to toasted bagels and enjoy.
