Warm Chicken Noodle Salad Recipe
Warm Chicken Noodle Salad A very easy and quick noodle dish. Ingredients: 225g medium egg noodles 15ml oil 5ml grated root ginger 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 skinless chicken breasts, sliced 100g of baby sweetcorn, sliced lenghways 100g mangetout 1/2 red pepper, sliced 60ml soy sauce 15ml mild chile powder 15ml honey Shredded spring onion Method: Cook the noodles according to the instructions, drain and rinse under cold running water. Heat the oil and add the ginger and garlic, stir frying for 30 seconds. Add the chicken and stir fry for a few more minutes until browned. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients and noodles. Toss the ingredients together and serve straight away after garnishing with the shredded onion. Serves 2 Time to prepare 15 mins Time to cook 10 mins
