Randal Shotski has won the largest lottery jackpot in history, and the same night is thrown into jail for D.U.I and possession of marijuana. He swears he will never again lose his freedom, and decides he can afford to create his own country, sovereign and not beholding to any other sovereign nation. Randal risks all when he takes freedom beyond the beliefs of the U.S Right Wing, and embraces the freedom to choose life over death, and FZ2878 performs an assisted suicide.
